IP neighbours are web sites which reside on the same server as yours. Sometimes there are too many web sites on one server which can cause your web site performance to be a little slow at times.

If you suspect that your web site is on a crowded server you can use a free service like http://www.myipneighbors.com to see exactly how many IP neighbours you have.

ipneighbours.com can be used to see how many other web sites are on the same server as your web site, what type of content these other web sites host and may be a good source of ideas for your future projects.

Another handy use of this tool could be to spy on your favorite Internet Marketing gurus server to see what other projects they are up to :)

Free Screen Capture Software

Jing will capture images of anything on your desktop or record video of what you do or see on your screen.

Screen capture software is handy for self publishing tutorial articles and eBooks that you sell or give away.

Jing is 100% Free and is available for Apple Mac and Windows operating systems.

The only downside I have found with Jing is that it seems to be very resource heavy which means that it slows my machine down. (probably just my machine)

I now use another screen capture software (also from Techsmith) called SnagIt which has many more features than Jing and does not seem to be so resource heavy.
