The Right-Mouse Click is also known to be the Alternate Mouse Click. The Alternate Mouse Click is operated from the opposite mouse button that is regularly used.

After you have Right-Mouse Clicked, a window will appear. From this window, navigate to the location you want to save the file to, then click the Save button.
